Women in the U.S. hold 24% of state legislature seats and 20% of seats in Congress. How would you, as president, encourage and enable women to run for office?

Hillary – how do you overcome the perception that you would never have become the nominee had it not been for your husband being president. What do you tell young women that they do not need to marry successful men to make it themselves?

Women are the fastest growing segment of our prison population. One of the drivers of this explosion is the lack of authentic access to opportunities and resources. What strategies and policies are you willing to put into place to ensure the economic survival of women and children and stem the tide of women flooding our prisons?

I just listened to a podcast of Sheryl Sandberg discussing “gender bias” throughout industry even in how women perceive other women. Do you think we should introduce education and programs in public schools to inform and address awareness of gender bias? We need to shift the way our culture perceives women in the workforce and how they negotiate for better pay.

I’d like to know what is being done to address paid maternity leave. Women still have to choose between their jobs and having a family. A baby is not self sufficient after two month so why is not maternity paid leave longer?

How likely are you to support STEM education for women in order to strengthen the workforce and workplace prep?

What policies will you advance that help women owned businesses grow and create jobs?

As President, what will you do to assure high quality and affordable child care is available to families so they can remain in the workforce?

With women's representation in elected office stagnating, what rules and actions do you support to increase viable women candidates?

What are you going to do to ensure women are valued the same as men in the workplace?

How likely are you to support funding for educating single moms so that they can secure a better future for their family?

What can the federal government do to financially ease the burden on working parents trying to balance career and child care?

It's no surprise that specific industries, both economic and academic, such as higher education in the sciences, have been discriminatory towards women in general and specifically towards women of color. What would you do as president to empower women of color to pursue degrees in the sciences and ensure that they are able to get jobs after doing so?

Do you have a detailed plan in place for ensuring that women are paid equally to men for all jobs, in all industries, here in the US, and if so, what does that plan look like and what is the proposed timeline?

Women's careers can suffer when they take even a matter of months off after having a child. What will you do to alleviate the burden on new mothers? Do you support mandated paternity leave as a way to balance the burden of new child care?
